How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Planetregular Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what to expect. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Planetregular Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Planetregular Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@planetregular.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
